Expect a turnaround time of around 1 - 4 weeks from the last day of the event (depending on the project/event, this could be longer or shorter).

Please allow anywhere between 7-10 business days before receiving your high quality printed photos.

We will email you a We Transfer Link with a zip file that contains all your media. All files are available to download within 60 days of being sent. If you need more time to download your files, let us know and we will send over a new download link

Jordan’s Videography accepts cash and e-transfers, cheques will not be accepted. We will request a deposit prior to the event and will not release the final product until full payment has been made. There are no deposit fees or any additional hidden fees (excluding shipping for printed photos), the price you are quoted or found on the price list is the final price
